Heist Brewery has named me its "Featured Artist" for the month of Febrewary (see what I did there?) What does that mean? I'll be curating their walls with all new exclusive artwork for the entire month. Mark your calendars; opening reception is February, 6th 2015 at 8pm. This should be a sufficient enough heads up, so I expect to see everyone there!
Big News + New Series of Paintings
Excited to announce I'm working on an entire new series of paintings. I will still be utilizing my signature color palette and vintage newspaper, but I'll be throwing in a unique twist on things, incorporating vintage advertisement and typography. The ideal end goal for these 20-30 paintings is a solo show or group exhibition, which, is also in the works. I'm out of my mind stoked for these paintings. I'll be dropping teaser photos of the process over the course of the next few months and, as I did with my portraits, I will also be working on another promo video! Below is a little teaser of where I'm headed with these new paintings.
Also stoked to announce that I have a few different collaborations in the works, including one with an insanely talented artist, Adam Vicarel. Peep his work here: http://adamvicarel.com/

"Dreams: the Creation, the Hustle, the Struggle" Spotify mix by Kyle Mosher
The pain, the struggle, the hustle, the disappointment, the peaks and valleys, the rise and fall and (hopefully) the rise again. Success isn't linear there are most certainly going to be ups and downs. This mix encompasses everything that I've gone through in the past five years. Whether it's a specific lyric or lyrics that I can relate to or a song that has inspired me to be better, dream bigger, or work harder. I wanted to make a collection of songs that would at the very least help inspire/motivate people that are following their dreams. Where ever you are in your climb to your dreams it's helpful to find people you can relate to. Where I came from it was hard for me to find people that were trying to do something bigger than just the normal 9-5 so that's why I'm so vocal about my journey and experiences: to inspire and motivate others. There's so much bullshit out there; shitty jobs, bosses, self doubt, and other people that want to bring you down because their unhappy with their own lives. Believe in yourself, work your ass off, and be genuine and you'll find your success however you may define it. Without further adieu here's the mix entitled, "Dreams: The Creation, The Hustle, The Struggle."

New Print Based on City of Charlotte Painting
There's a new print available based on the commissioned city of Charlotte painting I finished earlier this week. I used vintage Charlotte Observer newspapers circa 1960-1970 as the backdrop for this one. Scoop up, "Buzz City" on my SHOP page. Check it out below!
Throwback!
Here is one of my early illustrations experimenting with using vintage newspaper. I did this while studying in Florence, Italy. The piece is appropriately entitled, "Get Buck". It's safe to say my naming practices also originated in Italy. #GetBuck

New Painting, "American Dreamin' II"
Back by popular demand, here's my newest painting, "American Dreamin' II". As with all my other paintings there is a base layer of vintage New York Times newspaper. For 2014 I've started using a thin layer of gold paint over the newspaper followed by the acrylic paint. The gold paint sneaks through and looks really killer with the right lighting. This one was sold to Andrew Ference of the Edmonton Oilers, but check it out below.
New Painting, "Double It Up"
Here it is, long overdue, one of the new paintings from my abstract series. "Double It Up" scoop it up on my SHOP page.
