Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece I create is handled with care and attention to detail. Please read the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Final Sale on Original Artwork & Limited Editions
Original works, limited-edition prints, and hand-signed/numbered pieces are considered final sale.
Due to the unique nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at Me@KyleMosher.com.
Provide clear photos of the damage (artwork and packaging).
Once verified, I will arrange either:
A replacement (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method.
3. Apparel & Merchandise (Non-Art Items)
Apparel and merchandise may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Custom & Commissioned Work
All custom and commissioned projects are non-refundable and non-returnable.
A deposit is required before work begins and is non-refundable once production has started.
5. Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package has been transferred to the carrier, though I will assist with tracking issues where possible.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
You will receive a response within 2 business days.
