Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece I create is handled with care and attention to detail. Please read the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Final Sale on Original Artwork & Limited Editions

  • Original works, limited-edition prints, and hand-signed/numbered pieces are considered final sale.

  • Due to the unique nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged in transit.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at Me@KyleMosher.com.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage (artwork and packaging).

  • Once verified, I will arrange either:

    • A replacement (if available), or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

3. Apparel & Merchandise (Non-Art Items)

  • Apparel and merchandise may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Custom & Commissioned Work

  • All custom and commissioned projects are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • A deposit is required before work begins and is non-refundable once production has started.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package has been transferred to the carrier, though I will assist with tracking issues where possible.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

  • Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

  • You will receive a response within 2 business days.
